React JS Developer

Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled React JS Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of frontend technologies and be eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement scalable solutions
- Debug and optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Maintain and improve existing applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
- Good understanding of component-based architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Git version control
- Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit or other state management libraries
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Familiarity with Next.js
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI)
- Basic understanding of performance optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
