Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and creativity. This role is best suited for individuals who are immediate joiners and are eager to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s brand guidelines.
  
• Support the design and production process from concept through to execution.
  
• Revise designs based on feedback and perform final preparations for production.
  
• Ensure consistency of designs and layouts across various media channels.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Ensure that all projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Work based on client requirements and ensure that designs align with their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
